Spring Moderator May 27, 2021 Author Share May 27, 2021 Overnight, a string of Managerial departures......Zidane leaves Real whilst Conte quits Inter after disagreement with owners over $, seems like Inter wants to sell players to recoup losses whilst Conte wants to strengthen the squad for a shot at UCL. Suddenly, 2 elite Mgrs available for Spurs? Personally, I don’t find Conte a good fit for Spurs as he is pragmatic whilst Spurs wants to go back to an attacking style. Also, his frequent clashes with the Board as seen at Juve, Chelsea n now Inter means that it’s highly likely he will clash with the tight fisted Levy as well. As for Zidane, he is untested outside Liga n the high intensity EPL might not be to his cup of tea.
