confirm none of these above 😄

thats why i lower the standard to min. $5mil networth which is so low already to see if there is a substantial number of people who are rich that are still living in HDB as claimed by others. 
 

Some people may say Loo of 1M65. I dont think he is rich but even so thats just 1.   More importantly, any rich MCFer live in HDB?  Please identify yourselves.

Fyi, my next next door neighbour, friendly guy in his 50s i guess, bought the unit during covid, drove new GLS450 with single 8 plate cos i saw him few times in the car park, always wear berm n white t with a blue ti fifty fathom, no gold chain or gold anything otherwise, shld be 1 of those invisible millionaires that love living in hdb.

My guess it that these people live in HDB cause it’s the only property that cannot be seized when business fails. Hence this chap usually is engaged in some high risk business legal or otherwise. So typically drive flashy cars and watches or jewelry.

good guess.  many of these also run dodgy businesses which flows cash and they need to "expense" it into such items.   watches and cars are most common.  

doesnt mean he is rich but i give benefit of doubt lah....hahaha....  $2-3mil networth isnt rich in my opinion anyway...
