Pool is likely to fall quickly behind both Manchester clubs on the basis as these transfer deals stacked up.

Utd already strengthened significantly with Sancho and is strongly rumored to get to get Varane from Real Madrid. If the deal goes through, Utd's 1st team will look pretty formidable and probably 1 DM away from a title-challenging squad.

City - if they get both Kane and Gealish in, they will be miles ahead of every other challenger in the EPL.

Pool - we lost a trusted midfield general and only got Konate in .. we need to view Konate as the long overdue replacement for Lovren... it is actually not an additional player to the squad...  there is a uncanny silence on the transfer market front for Pool.  I fear the owners are trying to cut expenses and costs... and over-relying on Klopp to do his developmental magic with the limited squad we have....

Apart from the two manchester clubs, there's also chelsea. They already have a team of very expensive (which means should be good) players. Took them a while to gel, but now that they have started to, will be no pushovers too.

Hopefully Utd will still not be maximising every players' strength yet, and that might give others time. With OGS around, this one got hope.

City indeed looks formidable. They didn't need Aguero last season, and is willing to let Sterling go - which shows how confident Pep is. I just hope they too, will have problem gelling well.

I'm checking everyday, but Pool doesn't have any real news on the transfer front. If there's going to be the case going into Aug, then can only hope the current bunch can step up again, and do their magic. Curtis Jones will have to improve quickly, and all the Shaqiri, Origi, Taki, Ox, Keita will come into the equation, throughout the course of the season. But quite a few of these are thought to be available for sale if the right offers come along - and i agree.

No worries, Pool let them grab those expensive ones to fill up their gaps.... :wut:

Once a good one comes along, they cannot cos no budget left and Pool do the sweep... :XD:

I can't see the chemistry between Pogba & Sancho ....

Both are attacking midfielders, want to chiong upfront...

If i am ole, I will sell Pogba. He is clearly not motivated to play for Utd. He is a totally different player when he plays for France.

couple years back, Pogba is needed more as there is still a lack of quality and class in the Utd squad. The story is pretty different now.  With the attacking options at the moment, Ole dun need a luxury like Pogba who is so ill-disciplined in the middle of the park.

The problem is that is unlikely that Utd can recoup anywhere near the fees they paid for him. It will be minor miracle is anyone will fork out 50m for a player like Pogba. The likes of RM, Barca and Juve no longer have the financial flexibility nowadays...

Bro...it is quite obvious that for Pool, their goal is just getting into CL.  If can win title, then great, but the motivation is just CL because of the money over there. The current bunch should not have issue getting into CL.

For Man U, getting back the title is a big goal.......afterall their neighbor and their main rival (Pool) has won it over the last few years so how to tahan that feeling of keep missing the party man?

@Fooblack relax, we believe the sum of elements is >> individuals

anyway, the impact of covid 19 means teams wo sugar daddy will have to be prudent.

when Liverpool want to sign someone... normally its so quiet till ready to sign... of course if want really high profile, normally its the player agent leaking all the info

Ya man... Michael Edwards doesnt look like someone who will shortlist the likes of Sancho, Grealish... that will be too easy... any of us can also shortlist Messi, Sterling, Mount, Grealish, etc

Edwards' job is to unearth the next Hyppia, Finnan, Jota, Nat Phillips (lol)

I think if we target a player and can get, there wont be any leaks. Only players like Thiago, we need to leak certain news out to put pressure on the selling club... Dortmund probably been using Liverpool to bait Man U into splashing cash for Sancho.

 fandi former club. Support.😄

i thot Fandi played for Groningen? With Adrian staying, good for the young goalie to find more playing time elsewhere. Furthermore, dont think anyone will buy Adrian for 3M. :D

Anyway better sell instead of releasing for free e.g. Larouci

The sell on clause also help to generate more income in the future.

Next: Liam Millar 1.3M + 20% sell on

Nowadays can only talk about selling 🙂
