Spurs fans and Spurs itself has been living in the past for too long. Past glories counts for little now. And the past is well, Cb so past.

But even I had to admire Baldy for managing with less resources than the others. The pay structure of Spurs is unlike the Man citeh where even john stones earns 250k a week. Even Arsenal has Thomas Paltry is on 250k a week. Not to mention Man Utd De Gea on 350k, even Martial on 250k. 

Lets see how Spurs cope this season. Am sure even if Kane stays, his mind is not. And I expect him to fare poorly this season. A new RB is needed, but spurs struggles to offload Aurier. Haiz. Ndombele is gone case as well. An example of a 180k overpaid a**hole player. The weakspot is in midfield, Holberg is good but compared to Gungolan of Citeh, Keita of Pool, Pogba of Man Utd, hes not in their class.

actually man c didnt do any thing wrong or out of boundary.

they offer a bid for kane, spurs reject. thats it, they dun talk about it anymore. they dun engage the player personally which is wrong.

but the whole world know about the bid and reject from spurs.  and journalist keep putting news and speculation on the paper.

saw a report mention that newcastle is the only club not to make a single signing yet. 

and they let go 5 players already .

i think they should be in for another regelation fight again

There are reports that Toon hv agreed a 22mil fee for Joe Willock from Arsenal. He was on loan at Tyneside last season. He played well there.

far from done i think. mike ashley is trying to sell the club now. the last i read he is going to court because epl refuse to let him sell to some middle east buyer. i doubt they will do any thing major before that is settle. they just pay their japanese flop muto to leave the club. i dun even remember this guy playing for newscastle. 

he need to be fast , if the squad is not strengthen and get relegated, the selling price gonna drop alot.

if this go through, chelsea will almost recoup 100% of the transfer fee pay for lukaku. 

Just read that Abraham has agreed terms with Arsenal who have not agreed a fee with Chelsea whereas the inverse has happened with Roma who has apparently agreed a fee with Chelsea but hv not agreed terms with Abraham. So complicated!

If not mistaken, clubs shld agree a fee for the player concerned first before personal terms are discussed so Roma went about the right way but Arsenal seem to hv tried to undercut Roma by tapping up Abraham which if true is not allowed but hard to prove these allegations as normally they go thru an agent so technically no tapping up of the player directly. I wonder what will be the outcome?

They wanna buy Joe Willock right? Sad to see him leave Arsenal, but I think is good for him. The competition in Arsenal is too steep. He might not have a lot of showtimes.

I was surprised that Tuchel substituted Kepa for Mendy for the shoot out. Rather risky if u ask me and could be a downer for Mendy’s confidence but it paid off but it sure was a gamble. 

On a separate note, again Chelsea had a talented youngster on show in Chalobah but I can almost bet my last $ that he will not hv many chances. I don’t know why big teams always prefer to buy players from other teams n not giving their youngsters a chance. I can understand that in the pursuit for silverware, they prefer experience but surely a couple of youngsters won’t derail a team so significantly?

Actually  kepa pen save record is good. His reflex is better then mendy.

But his positioning and decision making is lacking.

Chalobah play really well. Really hope chelsea use him for this season  . Give him a chance to try out in epl.

Chelsea use 3 CBs n it seems Zouma might leave even if Kounde comes in so having an extra CB is not asking too much. They already lost 2 good homegrown CBs in Timori n Guehi although they did bring in close to 40 mil in transfer fees but Chelsea prefer to sell their 2 home grown CBs for 1 CB in Kounde. All clubs need to have a quota for home grown players which is stricter for UCL player registrations compared to EPL so they got to be mindful of this but that said, Chelsea hv quite a few home grown so unlikely to fall foul of this rule. Fans always love home grown players.

zouma is shaky and some time clumsy .  he can kalangkabo 1. no surprise tuclel want to replace him. but he refuse to go west ham.

frankly i still see him playing for chelsea this season
