Utd needs an experienced manager who knows the club well.

It should be David Moyes.

Don't even need new players.

Steve Archibald, Gary Lineka, Mark Hughes, Terry Venables, Bobby Robson etc

I have the perfect manager for Barca with a lot of experience of with Spanish football.

I doubt Moyes can make it at United if a second chance is given.

Moyes good at managing average players to outperform beyond their capabilities. His success at Everton and now at West Ham is testament to his ability in this area. However, at big clubs with many Super Players, you need a Manager with a proven track record to gel the team. See how Pep and Klopp adapts to the demands at City and Liverpool. For Klopp, maybe easier, because (1) the players at LFC is not as big and (2) the managers before him all cannot really make it.

until now posh belong to the same group as moyes. very good at making average team becoming very good.  dun need alot of resource to work with. But now posh got a chance he belong up there as 1 of the best manager with PSG ,  he need to win the UCL  to prove himself.
