You'll like the estate if you like sound of horn...most times horning is necessary though...too many blind spots in tight lanes...😁

Never buy a property near eateries. Unless you run the makan places.

Hmmm, I think the RR Phantom can pass, with help from those willing to be extra pairs of eyes.

At most, try inching forward till really cannot. Then the entire group of onlookers will join him in scolding the BMW parked out of lot.

That's 6/6 hindsight cos we have more photos to comment. But yes, that angmo lady is a nice lady to offer her help.

Pls properly guys, there is always a lot, just further to walk or car needs to climb higher to reach. Frankly, it's time those lots are removed. Much upgrading done and they been around for at least 40 years. Time to retire them.

😁😂😂😂

Stay safe all

Cheers

I always find such lot quite dangerous, cause when car turn into the lot, if the driver parking skills is bad, the car might hit onto the parked car besides the lot, or might park too much to the left right of the lot. Also when the car reverse out from the lot, might be dangerous for any oncoming cars. I never park in these type of lot de. Lol.

Agreed, never buy a house near any eateries, esp the makan place is those popular or open until very late at night or worst 24/7 de. Traffic around such area would be heavy, always can hear honking sound and parking problem.

In this case, it can be v tight especially if both cars are parked on the lines of your lot.

Can't reverse fully, as there is a kerb/stone divider behind.

Anyways, I dun park in those lots.  Will go mcsp or park further. Where I can exit and enter my car without putting my body temporarily out of shape from all the twisting and pushing my tummy in or out first. 😔

😂😂😂😂 Ppl can be so contradictory. Events for jogging, running, cycling, all geared up and ready to exercise. Walk more steps, can die on the spot.

Stay safe all

Cheers

You are right, not just the car on the left of the BMW, but a few of the cars too...🤥

What's wrong with all the drivers at this road?

The place there is what you see cos very very old neighbourhood, one of the earliest govt housing. The lots are very narrow. The slanting lot actually makes it worse as it is difficult to judge or to even see. If the car next to you park like sh!t there is little you can do.

There is a bigger open car park where there are two restaurants not to far from what you see. And there is the roof top car park above the food center. Whether new or old all the parking lots in the area are narrow.

I preferred to park at the top of Tiong Barhu market.  :we-all-gonna-die:

The parking lots at the road sides very small. Fit only medium size cars like Corolla.. Lancer, Feed, ... etc.

Won't risk my Biante there by getting those dents & knocking at the sides with those inconsiderate drivers when opening their door hard.... :pissed-off:

My head in parking skills quite bad, i would not want to risk in hitting parked car, kerb, divider and even hit the front part of my car. Also i dont know how to reverse out from the lot since the lot and road is narrow. 😅

Biante is using sliding rear doors so should be easier for (rear) passengers ingress and egress even on narrow lots. But then it will still sustain dings and dents when adjacent cars pax swung opened their doors (esp the rear).

Tiong baru market that carpark i find the lots always full and the ramp up also quite narrow. Few times the other side of the car can just ''eat'' into the other side of the lane, dangerous for the oncoming car. I prefer the open car park.

Just wait for about 10 minutes, you will get a parking lot. Vehicle going to market and hawker centre don't expect them to park very long.

Shopping centres are different, can shop for hours or more than half the day ...   [sweatdrop]
