I saw Havelock Shell station have quite a number of chargers 🔌! But the shell at my place have zero chargers 😂 still wait and see

Shell charging rate is higher than SP

That is true but for SP you may need to pay car park charge. Shell no need. If you factor that in, there is less difference in total cost.
