I think next time no more greenery over there, will be developed into residential or some buildings for every piece of greener land. The only so called greenery is the PCN there. Even the coney island also developed into outward bound school.

That area is some district hub, like another CBD, so they think it is necessary to build a hotel there lo. You see Jurong East also have one hotel there.

now is hotel cause still new, they can easily convert to Student Dorm in the near future 😁

i bought into Punggol coz i wanted some quietness and greenery....and do some fishing when i fully retire...looks like when I do retire all of that is gone....hahahahha...

Time to look elsewhere....:grin:

Will be worse...punggol won't be any quieter going forward...intl skool, safra, sport hub, tech park, campus, hotel, park goers...i tink even wild boars also have to migrate...😁

Punggol last last time indeed quiet and lots of greenery at the now northshore drive area, quite a nice place. But now the whole place there become all HDB, even the MCC resort will be gone next time with BTO.

If you want quietness and greenery, should look at bt timah/holland rd that area. Near to rail corridor and PCN and greens.

move move move. my colleague commented that punggol/sengkang becoming too crowded. once the new punggol digital district is up. lagi more crowded. all the surrounding roads will be jammed most of the time.

or you can run towards Lor Halus.... for sure they will not dig into a rubbish dumpsite... 😁so will be green

yeah....i moved in before all these nonsense came about....used to run in the morning the Coney loop facing Pasir Gudang....so quiet and green, now like heck! 

cannot afford BT/Holland.....Bukit Merah also 1.5 mio and counting....:grin:....another 2 yrs, no 2 mil no talk!!!

yes....now i see there is 2 big piece of land next to the current development facing coney.....think matter of time it will be filled...:pissed-off:

Hard to say hor, if they target for 10 mill population, even rubbish dumpsite they also can build BTO.

Agreed, punggol/SK area now already quite crowded liao, cannot believe when all the commercial development are up, what will happen? Maybe will become like the current JE MRT that area, super crowded.

huat ahhh...10 mil coming....i really dunno ah...at 7 mio, HK is already busting...and mind you HK is larger than us...

if indeed 10 mil, not only dump site will not be spared....all the rivers/sungei also be covered and build BTO...

HK lack of living space because the entire "central of HK" is mountain ....

and most importantly, land sale is manipulated with land bank by tycoon 

it is not because of NOT enough land to build home ... it's no $1M per 200sqft no talk ... 

got supply ... no demand ... tycoon sit on land for ages
