It going to be big deal meeting if Putin says yes.  Marco Rubio is the USA representative there, but Trump had just expressed he liked to be there too. Putin before everyone agrees to be there, is the first one to say Thursday at Turkey is a good time to meet, so everyone all said ok, let's do it.
