Cannot keep up one. More messages than our road tax

I go there once in a while and see the bukakae of msgs i also just skip the few hundred and read latest ones.

Looking to get the Sealion 7 ER. So far visited Jackcars. Will there be better offer from the other dealer?

You wont know until you go round thumping tables.

I suggest you go during last couple days of the month, if they just short of quota can flex more if you lay down ultimatum.

U go 15-25 mins before closing time on last day or last few days, if the salesman still eager talk to you, you will know ho-seh liao. If they bo-chup u know is no chance.

Yeah thats what I did. When they still offer test drive at closing time, I figured should be hungry.

Maybe saved a couple of k.

They still limited by Vantage framework to a large extent, so the flexibility is mainly in the trade in price they mark up more.

Of course if you choose the Sime/Alexandra and its still fishmongering at closing time, do not pass go, do not bother, just U turn go home.

@coollio maybe i can share with you my experience. I went to vantage as i was interested in the sealion 7. The sales person attended to me was friendly and polite. Took a long time discussing the price and the various packages. The sales person did highlight that the prices are standard across the dealers meaning no discount. Fixed price / one price policy. Decided to go back to consider and happened to chance upon a roadshow by BYD jacks. 
 

The sales person although seems quite inexperienced offered me quite a substantial cash rebate (discount) on top of the full accessories offered by vantage.

In conclusion you need to shop around.

What accessories you got? The cam and 3M is standard for Vantage. What else they can throw in besides floormat?

@youpapalite Which mean Vantage will not offer any rebate? Yes! I was also told by the salesperson at Jack cars that price on contract will be the same across all BYD outlets. He said he can offer me $3k Cash rebate (Discount) and if I can commit he will help me to push for higher rebate. Which I find it quite attractive. Btw the discount are on top of the Owner benefits.

Price on the 2026 Extended Rang Premium and Performance models on the Sealion 7 have increased by +$6k. Don't think its worth the extra money based on missing / additional features of the extended range version.

Best value is the Dynamic model.

Planning to buy my first car, went west side to shop. Vantage package 1yr road tax 3k insurance front and back recording cam solar film and ceramic coating.

IMM 1826 offered 8k restaurant voucher solar film and road tax

JC Teban package 1yr road tax 3k insurance 4k cash rebate solar film ceramic coating floor mat front rear cam

So far JC offer highest but haven't decided. Will go east side see see first. Hoping COE drop.
