They can also make good guard dogs... if it starts disobeying , also expendable. 

It's like big Mexican cartels sometime keep the peace in some areas and the govt kinda close one eye as long as the big one press down the various smaller ones and prevent total chaos exploding. Of cos big 💰 pass hands too. 

Otherwise  how can one phone call all settled 😂

Looks like this uncle has done his own investigation. Interesting presentation on the background on these 4 big family Chinese gang who started their scam city in northern Myanmar, but China almost wiped them out. So they shifted to the south at the Thai border which is now the infamous KK park. Whether is it safe to go Thailand? Risk is low for Singaporean, but cost is too high.

For the above video I posted the presenter suggested it was the Myanmar rebel armies who are in cahoots with the chinese gangs.

how come this andy kor can take phone to record/video surrounding song song including sensitive operation like training and exercises  

very different from the No More Bets that the operator are damn aggresive in scrutiny and control
