No la he went Halls of NUS to sign out from his edu portfolio, then went Fong Seng to dabao prata before doing Grab delivery on bisikal to Gombak to reward his soldiers with night snack.

I heard no turnout that night and the prata was all finished 😋

For maybe the last 10 years, got SLTC in between. each rank also has 1 and 2 inside also usually. 

To get 3 crabs now as a departure gift is not so common like last time? U got to be pretty high flyer to get 3 crabs now. most regulars will exit at LTC at most.

Technically they should reject all non-official gatherings unless they know all the attendees personally. Or leave the moment somebody unannounced and unknown joins the gathering.

But problem is that many of these politico are double or triple or whatever hatting as director of this and that company or holding an appointment in the company so they can also be interested to network on behalf of those companies.
