Ender Hypersonic April 1 Share April 1 Wonder how soon will we see it at our 猪杂汤 stalls. https://www.zaobao.com.sg/news/singapore/story20260401-8828718 时隔近30年解禁 食品局批准泰国猪血进口 消失近30年的猪血将重回本地餐桌。新加坡食品局星期三(4月1日)发通知宣布,批准本地业者向泰国一家获认证的屠宰场,进口经过加热处理的猪血制品。 获认证的邦克拉屠宰场(Bangkhla Pig Slaughterhouse)位于泰国东部北柳府邦克拉县。网上资料显示,公司也出口猪肉和肉制品至越南和香港等国家和地区。 我国是在1999年立百病毒疫情期间,禁止本地屠宰场采集猪血。自那时起,屠宰场不再供应猪血,当局也没有批准任何猪血进口来源。 国家传染病中心网站资料显示,立百病毒最早于1998年至1999年间发现。当时,马来西亚有200多名猪农感染急性脑炎。我国也在1999年3月出现11例病例,其中一人丧命。 食品局回复《联合早报》询问时说,作为食品安全管理的一部分,当局会定期检讨政策,以确保它们保持适用。 “食品局评估后认为,只要猪血的收集和加工符合食品安全要求,就可以安全食用。这一立场与许多外国监管机构一致,它们同样制定标准,确保猪血制品可安全生产和食用。” 食品局是在接获邦克拉屠宰场的申请后展开评估,并认为屠宰场在设施、加工流程和品质管控方面,都符合我国的食品安全要求,包括遵守血液收集、加工和储存规范,确保只使用健康动物的血液,及以恰当的温度和方法加工。 当局因此批准自星期三(4月1日)起,在本地售卖来自这家泰国屠宰场的加热处理猪血制品。 根据食品局网站上发布的通知,业者进口的每一批货,都必须附有泰国畜牧发展部签发的官方健康证书,证明进口产品符合我国的动物卫生和食品安全规定。 食品局指出,食品安全是各方共同的责任。业者只能从经批准的来源进口猪肉及猪肉制品。消费者应只向持牌零售商购买食品,并确保食物彻底煮熟。 进口商:猪血再过一两个月才能在本地上市 卜蜂集团新加坡(CP Foods Singapore)是猪血的进口商。公司董事经理叶树芬接受《联合早报》采访时透露,约一两年前,公司便开始就猪血进口事宜与食品局接洽。 “卜蜂集团早在数年前就在泰国当地销售来自同一家屠宰场的包装猪血。猪血经过高温杀菌,包装类似本地常见的盒装豆腐。” 她预计产品还需一个月到两个月才能在本地上市。她解释,这是因为还须办理进口文件、开通销售渠道,以及设计包装等事宜。 熟食摊贩与食客期待久违猪血 在牛车水大厦熟食中心卖潮州卤鸭和粿汁的周志伟(47岁)受访时说:“能够再次在本地吃到猪血,这个消息太让人兴奋了。” 他说,猪血对粿汁和猪杂汤等本地美食来说,是重要的食材,能增添食物风味。他本身也非常爱吃血制品,每次到泰国或中国旅行时,都会特地去品尝猪血、鸭血或鸡血菜肴。当产品推出市场,他一定会在档口售卖。 食客魏德炎(65岁,退休)回忆道,上中学时曾有一次在家帮忙宰猪,那时还会特意收集猪血,加盐凝固成块,口感柔软特别好吃。后来在新加坡吃不到了,所以很怀念。现在到马来西亚旅行时偶尔会吃,但口感总觉得不一样。 谈到安全问题,周志伟和魏德炎都觉得没什么好担心的。周志伟说,像很多本地人爱吃的生鱼片,其实也存在一定风险,重要的是处理得当。 ↡ Advertisement 12 1 1 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

It is an ingredient, blood cubes in noodle soups and so on. Last time the blood is cleaner i suppose.
