DarkLord 1st Gear March 6, 2005 Share March 6, 2005 Look for arrow on the tyre side wall. In most case, rotating the tyres from front to back and back to front is good enough. Tyres should last a least 40,000km or 3 yrs, after that it's time to get new set. 40'000km in 3 years? Car parked at home all the time harz?

Mavvy Clutched March 8, 2005 Share March 8, 2005 Precedas ThreadWear 240... Usually performance tyres doesn't last very long... unless you using F1 Formula Racing Tyres which are 500 + above.. Normal comfort tyres are usually around 260 and above.. Saw Yoko C.Drive is
Genie47 1st Gear March 8, 2005 Share March 8, 2005 C.Drive not as good in the grip department compared to gForce Sport. A Starlet driver tried both out. gForce Sport got more bang for the buck and better grip.

Mavvy Clutched March 9, 2005 Share March 9, 2005 Nope.. It is the wear rate index.. the lower the number.. the higher the wear rate..
Donald Neutral Newbie March 10, 2005 Share March 10, 2005 And if i'm not wrong, the wear rate of 240 can be very different comparing one tyre brand to another. ↡ Advertisement
