I had the Orange TPMS that monitors battery voltage. If your TPMS has such function, then you don't need the CTEK. 

 

Comparing my previous frenchie and current Vezel, I feel batteries in non contis last longer due to lesser electronics. I cannot guarantee that if it's another jap car with plenty of electronics

Get the hybrid Z model. Factory fitted roof racks.

the Honda Sensing package cost about $800 or so.

 

unfortunately PI jacked up the price for new model with honda sensing.

 

they want to clear current stock.

 

certain things you can add yourself but for this (honda sensing) i think it needs factory install.

 

previously got buyer who wanted the paddle shifter but did not want to pay for S model.

he bought the X model and upgrade each other possible bits.

ran into a dead end for paddle shifter as the gear configuration is different.

 

I saw the Honda sensing youtube video and all the controls setup is via HU.

I have a strong suspicion that Honda sensing might need dedicated HU and cannot use 3rd party.

If use 3rd party HU i would think need expertise and familiarity with Honda wiring system.

 

if time permits its best to wait than rather be the first.

 

should be on our shores by sept some say as early as June. I dont know. just heard rumours. :)

Anybody knows how do I mirror displayed my handphone's Google map and video playback on my vezel's head unit Pioneer DVD 5750bt via usb cable or Bluetooth as miracast wifi is too ex to install?

Like what a bro mentioned, I believe that (correct me if I am wrong) these are new standards

1) FL front grill

2) Factory fitted autofold side mirrors

3) AUTO dimming rear mirrors

4) New colours (Maroon discontinued)

5) S model replaced with "RS"

 

The following are options:

HONDA SENSING (suite of 8 driver aids including but not limited to ACC, LKAS, CMBS etc)

Someone posted a summary earlier.

that is the aircon compressor clutch. it will cut off when temp have reached your setting. 

 

usually if you are on Auto at 23deg during idle it will keep cutting in and out.

 

for your experiment try set to lowest temp, as it will take some time to cool at that temp, the ac clutch cutting in/out is less frequent.

Although its in Japanese, you can translate almost 75% of the text into English with the exception of text embedded in graphics.

 

like i said the sensing packages demo as illustrated in youtube are also available.

 

Since this is new, basically infos are from the web.  Have been driving S for about a yr now. I am just curious with whats coming for Vezel thats all. :)
