Going to receive my RS petrol version very soon. During my look through , noted there is a S mode in the gear. Does it exist in X model? What's the difference in driving in D and S?

Yup, KM is selling the older vezel version without honda sensing

PI will find ways to blast this as long as it goes to sell off their stock in sep to dec 2015. Brain washing people that it's a norm to get 2015 manufacture cars now.

Depends on what kind of expectations do you have of the car.

I have tried full load 5 pax including driver + full load boot stop on steep slope halfway and accelerate up. Needed to rev 2.5k-3k in eco mode to climb up. Turning off eco mode should be better. Otherwise, theres always L or S mode to shift to.

Think this is the main reason for some who sold it off within a year. Probably frequent Genting.

True on PI. Important to get one with good reputation and recommendation from those who have bought before from them. Mine was through a recommendation and my purchase was a breeze. Got my baby within 3 weeks (1-2 bid guarantee). ;)

Could you share which PI you got it from?

I am using a cheap hyundai car cam and it works. Cost me only $40 bucks at the petrol kiosk i think

Try not to use cheap one, especially if it is attached by suction cups, in an event of a collision, if the suction cup comes loose, all you see is a blur at the most crucial moment.

Try and get SE to provide.

This incident emphasises the importance of having in car cameras man....

Before there were cameras, they will blame the driver. Here, we can see clearly who is at fault.. Will definitely get one that faces front and back..

Is there a suitable model that bros here use?

Is the in built rear camera in the HRV / Vezel adapted to record?

Yes there is also S mode in X model.

S essentially is more like a sport mode for the car. The car is more responsive and the CVT keeps the revs of the engine higher essentially giving you a "lower gear ratio" and thus better acceleration.

Anyone tried using S mode for a period of time and checked the impact on fuel consumption? Thanks.

That's a hard cover / non foldable?

When removed it's difficult to keep?

bro, fyi, just saw on another forum, apparently the flat soft boot cover is foldable and cost $150. the hard one like mine cost $250.

Thanks bro

Luckily I still have a few months left on my car. I expect a few more bookings next round that may drive up the Coe.

Look out PIs Kah fights back :)

BTW bros, anyone swopped out the battery for a bigger unit so you can drive better amps / electronics?

Will that void the warranty?

Whether in S mode or D mode, if you're driving spiritedly, you shouldn't really be thinking about fc

It won't sometimes physical size is the same with more plates inside. Slightly higher AMP is ok.
