  1. are they going to build a new road or housing estate there? the signboard is being covered up
  2. TLDR - Camcar is trying to do a three point turn, uncle does not let him and unleashes his limited vocabulary Love watching adults act like children when those same adults probably criticise my generation. What happened? A camcar at Buangkok link was trying to do a 3-point turn when a Honda Jazz operated by an unpleasant uncle was blocking him from completing the manoeuvre. The camcar was quoted in the Facebook post saying that he was trying to exit a corner loading lot to do a 3-point turn. However, he needed more space to complete the turn as the kerb and walkway was on the right of his car. Wanting him to shift his car, the camcar let out a quick beep to catch the Honda driver’s attention. But instead of shifting, the Honda instead reversed to block his way. Of course, the video starts with the uncle in the Jazz being the aggressor, so we have no way to verify the camcar’s story. Nonetheless, the uncle’s behaviour certainly doesn’t help his case. The uncle instantly starts with flipping the bird. He then honks and shakes his flipped bird as if it somehow does some mental damage to the camcar. Instead, it gives me mental damage knowing people like this exist. Impressively, he challenges the camcar by bidding him forward, all while keeping his middle finger extended. That takes practice. A bystander off-camera comes along and some exchanges in a Chinese dialect take place. Unfortunately, I can’t translate so if anyone understands do put it in the comments below. The whole video is pretty much the back and forth between the camcar and uncle, with mostly swearing on the uncle's end. But I’ll leave with my favourite bit in the video. clideo_editor_d4998cebb5804692a790bbac2755e623.mp4 Bro, you cannot tell me that if you raised the pitches of their voices, it would not sound like children. Online chatter There was an abundance of jokes about the uncle’s middle finger. Others questioned if the uncle genuinely reacted that way or if the camcar was hiding the footage of what happened before all this. ========= Be the first to get the latest road/ COE news and get first dibs on exclusive promos and giveaways in our Telegram SGCM Community. 5. This driver was intermittently braking for nothing with no vehicles in front or behind him and swaying in his lane after exiting KPE to Buangkok Drive. Looked like another drunk driver to me. As our car which was in leftmost lane passed his, his Stream swayed into our lane and got horned by my hubby, who was driving. Moron still had the cheek to accelerate up past us then braked to stop smack in the middle of the road. 2nd lane from left. And then gestured thru his window at us. Both cars stopped side by side at junction. Hubby got down and asked him, "You cut into my lane, I horned. Anything wrong?" He had the cheek to shout, "I ONLY JUST CUT INTO YOUR LANE! You need to horn ah? What is the matter with you?" I was like "WTF!!", then hubby said, "What is the matter with you? You just stopped in the middle of the road like that!" Then suddenly green light and the driver just sped off. My hubby had not had a chance to say anything else and he was gone. Hubby got back in car and we went on our way. Blardy drunkard-looking moron! Completely lost not just his manners but senses as well.

    Buangkok

Anyone staying there? Was just wondering with a 24hr NTUC at Buangkok, will any business there get good response? From what i know is the place is not tat populated yet(correct me if i am wrong). Any bros/sis out there can comment about that area.
  7. Hi all, concern to those who live at new area Buangkok, please refer to the image. i have illustrated the picture, so to let u understand where i am coming from. in order to go into block 272B (my new home), if u coming from the straight lane (i have drawn a line), u have to U-turn at the traffic junction, as not much of vehicle, i waiting quite long for the red arrow to appear. if u are driving out from block 272b, happens that u want to go Sengkang compass point, u have to turn left out from carpark, down along the straight road, but u cant U-turn, can only turn left into Corris, and make a very big round. this is damn stupid, wasting petrol.
  8. I was just wondering if any bros passed by this area earlier today at about 7.10pm? I was there earlier but I don't know what happened. I just saw 2 vans, 1 merc and a pedestrian. 1 van was a yellow Kangoo and the other was a white Nissan Urvan. The Kangoo was pretty badly smashed up and I could see the firefighters trying to extricate the driver. I'm not sure if the driver is alive or if there is another passenger trapped inside the van. The white nissan van fell sideways and I'm also unsure if there was anyone trapped inside. The dark blue Merc had a dent on the right side of its front bumper and there was a person lying down there motionless. No one was attending to him and therefore I assume he must have passed away. There were many onlookers at the scene and 1 good samaritan came forward to help the firefighters extricate the driver from the yellow van. I couldn't stop to help as I would worsen the traffic jam and I figured I wouldn't be able to do much as well. I passed by the area again on my way home and the vehicles were still there. I was just wondering if anyone saw what happened and if all the drivers involved are ok? To witness something like that just kinda dampens your day. I just hope all the people involved are fine.
