  4. 1. Gotten my medical report recently and was puzzled about the Cholesterol reading. 2. HDL-Cholesterol (Good Cholesterol) is 122, reference range is 40-70. The LDL-Cholesterol (Bad Cholesterol) is 120, reference range is 0-130. So Total Cholesterol is 258, reference range is 140-200. I'm 1.71 and weight around 60Kg, but seems like I've alot of fat in the body. Puzzled me that my Good Cholesterol is much higher than the mean score of 40-70. Am I in bad shape or what? Doctor also puzzled about my high reading of Good Cholesterol. Any ideas? Should I turned to vegetarian diet ? Thank you. Regards,
