One thing to note is my unit has to been installed on false ceiling. Most other sellers charge extra for that but not Steigen. And their free on site visit is quite good. No need headache take measurement and position.

If you have the heater, no point paying more for those push out models. I went with Steigen as the cost is around the same after adding those features/installation for other brands. 

When you say does the job, mean the clothes are really dry ? 

or only the top part ( nearer to fan ) is dry and other part still damp?

Hmm just wondering is your false ceiling reinforced? Cos this unit is about 14-15kg.

i would say most of the time will dry. Most as i cant extend the rack due to my yard size so if i squeeze too much clothes then some may not be exposed to the heat. Other than that is very dry. They have an automatic timer, which is around 3 or 4 hours. No problem getting dry within this period. My bedsheets also no problem. The heat is quite strong, i can feel the heat a couple of feet away from the rack.

Nope. But they install the reinforcement for me. Other vendors are charging me 150 to 200 for that.

Nope. But they install the reinforcement for me. Other vendors are charging me 150 to 200 for that. 

That's good then. Yeah that's about 150 dollars or more

I just hang a wall fan and run it all day long, on the clothes hanging to dry on the balcony.

Didn't cost much.
