happened to me last year when i go look at grandis and colt... when trying to ask questions, they will answer and disappear. You have to keep chasing him/them so u can get more info from them... in the end i juz walk off and get a opel

whoever is on top of the best selling car brand chart here will tend to have SE like this...so not surprise it is thaiyota and Honda......Go to a smaller timer and the service is different. SE got sales without doing much so they don't care about service...

sigh.. happen to quite a few agents.. can't say only one AD.. it's never the car but the people..

 

 

When I was testing the lancer, the service of the person attending to me wasn't that good either..

 

well, he definitely wouldn't be getting a potential or recommendation..

 

but on another perspective, these agents don't have it easy as well when they get young people only keen to have fun but really no buying power, either now or in near future.. and also can't drive and risk the SE's life as well.

 

I'm sure we know plenty of such cases, just that those minor ones go unreported.

i was at Kah Motor yeterday to see the new jazz.. no on bothered to serve me also..haha

 

finally one of the officer assigned me a fat B***h.. ask me what i want to see, i accidentally said Fit shee imeidately raised her voice and said '' We sell Jazz here not Fit, Fit is parallel importer ''

 

She kept telling me to get the basic model w/o all accessories as if i cannot afford to buy the jazz..

 

in the end i just throw her namecard into the Jazz on display at the UBi showroom..

 

i swear i will never buy honda again.

2 yrs ago, when I finally decided to change my 8 yrs old Hyundai elantra to something with Better FC and affordable. After considering for some time, I decided to get ither vios or lancer...

 

i went to C&C b4 to test drive their lancer... the service not too bad, maybe its due to my dresscode. was wearing office attire that day... everthing goes smoothly..

 

Den I proceed to BM on the sameday to test drive the vios. The SE was damn stuck up.... went to the counter and speak to an uncle, he told me... u didnt see that I;m managing the counter ahh??? how to test drive with u? u go around and look for another SE lah...

 

Then I approach another SE, same thing happen, the SE told me.. "u wanna buy or test drive only?" If wanna test drive only, then look for another SE, I have many appointment today, no time to entertain u unless u can commit immediately after test drive...

 

bloody hell.... curse and swear... in the end, was introduce to another SE, service so so only but at least not to lousy as his colleague. He explained to me that in BM, the SE is consider order taker only, they are not saleman cos the order is there for them to pick, they dunned to pursuade the customer to buy...

 

this was 2 yrs ago, dunno whether the situation change..

In case you decided to turn back and buy a Honda again look for Carol Yeo. I'm not related to her but just that she provided me a very good service and I felt bad not buying from her

 

I agree.. Carol is very nice and patient. but in the end i got mazda 2.

 

However, i kept her namecard and will refer my friends to her if they want a honda. And if I want to buy a Honda, i'll go to her as well.

I can't understand how some people are so petty. If the staff sucks, then look for another one! Why deny yourself your desired car because of a salesperson's bad attitude? Remember, it wasn't the dealership management's directive to their staff to behave badly. It's just that there are many bad attitude people around (poor upbringing?). So don't get upset with the dealership or the manufacturer.

Yup.. thats what i think also.. if you are really interested in the car and you want to buy it.. just look for another SE to help you.. i am sure there are other good and better SEs around.. if not pop in here and ask around for some recommendations.. i bet everyone here will try to help you if they can..
