So, dun say only big big objects drop on the road,.. small small objects also have!

Beachboy7718 Clutched September 25, 2012 Share September 25, 2012 thought i had nail..dropped by goodyear shop near sentosa there to check removed the nail (didnt go in), check all 4 wheel, foc Yesterday I noticed my tyre has the screw when filling air. I took out the screw and it is short one. It appears that it does not go in the inner tyre but tread only. Went to tyre shop for checking, it does not go in but the mechanic says it is not safe as it is at the edge of tread. Then he offers a patch and punch it through the inner tyre. I am wonder if he is true about not safe or since the screw does not go through why need to patch it (Now it is force to cut through the inner tyre). What is the safeguard in this situation? Not need to patch or need to patch it.
