Generalisation is not for me.

If I am part of the generalised group of grads....I will be talking about Vios, Latios or pimping GLX to evos.....but I am not!

So if got review about Q5 or know of anyonw selling...kindly join in this discussion.

Is cookie cut a compliment? So I am like a normal Singaporean? That's good right?

I would not want to be the odd one out.

Thanks, I feel better knowing the meaning now.

Ok, points taken.

Looking for a presentable conti cars, that can ocassionally tompang clients. Chose Q5 because I think it's suit the bill.

Altis I agree also serve the purpose. But the 'premium' image is not there for foreign clients. I may be wrong to assume that.

Hey TS. Actually uu want a presentable car to tompang clients dun necessarily need to go conti what.

A Mazda RX-8 is much cheaper, yet can seat 2 clients at the back in relative comfort. If the clients not happy with the car, just drive as fast as possible [laugh]

You are like a normal Singaporean, yes, but they aren't complimenting you.

But IF you using ur parents' $$ to buy a car, I suggest you buy a cheaper alternative than the Q5. Personally I find the Q5 not very worth it and if your boss really hint to you that the SSS is not worth it, he should be sponsoring a Q5 for uu :D

Er.. Indeed my salary has a car component to it. Which will be a waste if I did not utilize it for changing car.

My SSS petrol + installment is only half of the allowable claims.

So thinking of making my boss happy and yet fully utilize the car allowance fully. There is no rebate each month if I never maximized it, it's like not taking the variable part of the salary which is stupid in my opinion.

Of course my intention is to get opinion on the car. Not about my salary scale. But then it's hard for others to understand my intention when the full reasons are not revealed. Which is why I am ok with the various comments, can't expect too much.

hi leepee. dont mind me saying - ur boss is asking u to get more debt and more committment. esp if u r carrying p/l, so that u cant go on without a job. not a good idea moving forward.

Haha, you got him there! If all else being equal, the additional premium paid will make him a badge whore.

Yah agreed. Audi's problem is not only image, but also its associated unreliability with VW, IMHO.

Nope, he didn't. I just didn't have time to come in here to read. Why Q5 and not Tiguan? They both drive differently, Q5's interior looks better than Tiguan. Tigua caught my attention before, but Q5 is the winner for me. However the main thing is, warranty. Warranty is intact for Audi, whereas no gurantee on warranty if you flash a VW.

For those who didn't know, Premium Automobiles is the authorised dealer for MTM for Audi cars in SG. So they will still warranty your Audi if you do a Stage 1 ECU flash with them.

I really can't fault Leepee on this one. Between this being a not so common phrase in sg and how most SGeans don't know how to find things on their own and need to be spoon-fed, I'm really not surprised. It just proves shes a cookie cutter [laugh]

I think it was just saying that you're not special as you said you were, and you're just ordinary. The latter is fine. Nothing really wrong with that (nothing really right either though), but as to the former, well no it wasn't a compliment.
