Wah lao eh. I never imagined a day where strangers would actually ask for pictures of my physical body with as little clothes as possible...

I posted pics of myself before lah. Just search through the thread. Now, I have a more developed upper body, that's all.

His body is great... But his face is still quite chubby. How to work on the face?

Strange, for me, I lost the fats in my cheeks too, and my face is more sculptured (and my wife says I look gaunt & haggard)! More laughter lines and I would even describe it as scraggy. [:(]

If most of your fats are from pork, please supplement with fish oil to balance out your O3:O6 ratio.

Then what about lamb or mutton?

They have a lot of fats as well - if done right, literally melts in our mouth...

it's not about whether they melt in your mouth, it's the type of fatty acids they contain. Grain-fed animals r mainly omega6. Oily fish, particularly wild-caught fish r mainly omega3. Most ppl have too much omega6.

I'm trying to up my fats portions in my meals.

I add large block of butter in my salad now. Also I've occasionally added smoked salmon into the mix :D Also just yesterday at Cold Storage, saw this and I bought (abt $5):

John West flat fillets of anchovies in olive oil. (50g)

Nutrition: Amount per 100g

Energy 943kJ

Protein 25g

Carbo trace

Fat 14g

Fibre trace

Sodium 5.8g

Cheers [:)]

Edit: Forgot to add, I threw threw the whole can in after draining the oil. It's very salty [laugh]

And there's a shop on Boat Quay that does them Mongolian style with chili powder - sedap

Okay, sorry OT...

Anyway, no matter where the fat came from (unless from a fish), we still need Omega 3 to balance the 6 right? [:)]

still, farmed salmon will have at least some omega3, that's because salmon is carnivorous...they can try to feed corn, but the salmon can only be tricked to eat so much corn in their fish-meal pellets http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aquaculture_of_salmon some omega3 better than none right?

I'm taking the 1000mg omega 3 supplement twice a day. Do you think it's enough? or still need to eat some fish.
