I just can't bear to throw away the coconut water! Anyway I don't take coconut everyday. So this is one of my 'cheat' drink, I supposed where the carb still sneak in [rolleyes]

I'm still trying to up my healthy fats portion of my daily food intake. Not easy as I find that I really don't like coconut cream/milk taken in cup portion. Mix some with nuts or salad it's OK, but can only eat once a day, and a small packet of cocunut cream lasts me 3-4 days [:(] Only so much fatty pork, and chickin skin one can eat even stuffing oneself

Grassfed beef and lamb bro! But gotta cook, that's the only thing.

CBS, Skunk and the guys here r correct..u gotta eat more fatty animal parts.

I lost 12kg so far..and seeing the 13th going by this week and with minimal excerising(walking 1 hr nia). Try for 1 week lor...eat porky legs for lunch and see how ur weight drops.

wah.. you drop 1 week 1 kg?

if you dont eat carbs, dont you feel headaches or anything?

i find after i eat my mentos my headache seems to be better.

i also noticed that i can easily drink 6 1.5L bottles of water than my usual 4 before the low carb diet.

will start to introduce more animal fat to my diet starting today.

i am so happy when i pee and i pee alot.

cause i feel that i am pee-ing some of my fats out.

bluffing myself lol.

Can ony do that once in a while. Of course when I eat out I take western food sometimes like steak, lamb chop, salmon, other fish, etc. Definitely my own food expenses have doubled at least [;)]

As far as weight loss is concerned, your body is losing water as well as burning fat tissue, so carry on pee-ing [laugh]

9 litres of water a day I think is too much even if you exercise a lot. Over hydration can kill as well.

Ehh..i dun feel headaches leh...maybe i got too much fats(35kg over weight for my height) to use as energy. Hmm..maybe if got somone to push my arse out to excerise more...the drop in weight will be much more.

Just got myself a belt-hole puncher this week..and colleagues are commenting that i'm wearing baggy pants!

Does anyone feels breathless when doing running? I just felt that I'm not getting enough air, though I still have energy. Other than that, my timing for the same distance has improve alot for the past few weeks..

Off the top of my head:

Roast duck, pork throtter, beef noodle soup without the noodles (mixed parts, not just the lean meat), BBQ sotong, rendang, seafood in general, Cold Storage roast chicken, roast pork belly, roast pork knuckle, cheeses...etc

Thanks.

So I add to my initial list

(1) Chicken rice (only chicken)

(2) Western food (only pork chop or chicken chop plus the vege)

(3) Bak Kut The

(4) Roast Meat (Char Siew, Roast pork)

(5) Fish Soup (but this one go hungry easily)

(6) Curry chicken / Rendang

(7) Beef soup

(8) Roast duck

excludes the pork belly, kuay chup, pork knuckle, anything mutton cos I don't like these.

For western food, is it avoid those with batter, incl. fish& chips or chicken cutlet?

How about sugar-free sweets and coke light/zero? I consume quite a bit of these..

Just a quick guide(probably already mention in the past 74 pages), which type veges is low carb?
