i suggest you do not go for the 325 even for the coupe version as i feel it doesnt suit your age. I suggest you go for the 1 series if you really want a BMW. You can get the 135i. You get the same engine as the 335 (although the new N55 engine is going into the 135). A powerful car. A car design more suited to your age and it is within your budget.

Good luck on your search and let us know your final choice.

Well, just because the budget is S$200K does not mean you have to spent it all. You can get great cars for lot less.

Take a look at MINI Cooper and WV Scirocco. Both are fantasic car to drive and would suit you. Also, 3-5 years down the road you would want to change your car, and then you could take into consideration the practicality of a bigger car.

No matter how careful you are, you would end up dents and scratches since you are a new driver... so don't spent too much on it if possible. Take the money and invest it somewhere. ;-)

it is precisely of people like you that makes our roads less safe.

jsut got your license and you want a 'powerful' car ? if you ever kill someone, please, let it not be a loved one from an innocent family but your very own loved ones.

flame me all you want. go ahead. it is people like you and your thread that 'giam KAN'.

Theres nothing wrong to get a powerful car after getting license.

Everyday driving on the road, those buggers that show stunts r far worst than p-plates.

well the new Z4 is sure a great car...good looker and great style...

just that, i thought that BMW designed this car for ladies in mind...afterall, one of the chief designers for this car is a lady...

guys tend to buy 3-series or 6-series convertible...

you should get the 3.0Twin-Turbo 306bhp...or wait for the 340bhp to come lor...

i agree with you on not having to ferry people around...

if you buy a BMW 335i be it 2nd hand or new, you're gonna pay 3.5L roadtax, fuel consumption, maintenance, insurance for Turbo...not worth la...

You got any clue that the 335 is only a 3L? In fact 2979cc if you wanna be exact
