Not sure. i did shop around. There is some tie in to let Winner get cheaper AXA insurance for KM cars. one of my agent even tell me my AXA is good because he had to fork out $$ to quote me that.

Both my Honda under AXA..the FD is still under 1st year in house (Kah Motor) Insurance..the old ES, the diff between AXA and China/India Insurance is only ~50 bucks..might as well go for AXA...

For your reference, I'm 26 with 7 years driving experience, 50% NCD, 5% discount for no demerit points for 3 years. I can't even get below $1000. New drivers age below 26, don't ever think of getting any cheap insurance.
