Wbucket Clutched September 17, 2010 Share September 17, 2010 Wow, I would take #2. Higher than present pay, shorter than present work hours.
Watwheels Supersonic September 17, 2010 Share September 17, 2010 If you ask me I will say depends on age. If you are young, go for option 1. Even if you take the 10k job the money it will also look like it's not enough cos of the lifestyle you will pursue will end up just as high.

Mightymito 1st Gear September 17, 2010 Share September 17, 2010 Where got such thing, if you are qualified for a $10k job , which is a very senior position, you are overqualified for a $4 k job. If you apply for a $4k job they would only think that its going to be a temporary stop gap job till you can find a 10k job. They wont employ you. Believe me it has happened to me but difference not that 4k to 10 k big. less than that.
Hiphiphoray 6th Gear September 17, 2010 Share September 17, 2010 (edited) Definately no.2. 4k is not so bad rah. No.1 means have to leave house 7am ? Reach home 12MN ? KNN...what kind of life is that ? Might as well set up bedroom in the office and stay there. Which job will u chose? 1)$10,000 a month but hv to work like a cow from 8am to 10.30pm. 2)$4000 a month and is just normal simple easy job from 9.30am to 5 pm. Skunk Clutched September 17, 2010 Share September 17, 2010 Work like a cow have to pay the price for it later on. Nothing comes free. I won't be surprised people who are actually living option (1) lives, needing to spend their hard-earned money (literally!) on medical treatment later in life. So it still boils down to the same thing.
