So lucky.

Yours is August production or July production?

Does anyone face this problem whereby when your iPhone is connected via Bluetooth to the M6, and all incoming calls are automatically rejected. I can make outgoing calls (using th car speakers) using either my iPhone or via the dial knob in the m6 to search my contacts, but when someone calls me, the call is dropped automatically. Unable to accept calls using the m6

One more quirk about m6 2018 - I find the braking a little on the weak side. Does not inspire confidence during sudden braking.

Haha, during my test drive I almost crashed into the MRT column. The brakes are modulated and once you get used to it you are ok.

The Stock Brakes are "Enough" [thumbsup] for normal driving, those who do "Sprint"  Driving is advice to change to Big Brake Kit,which many of my Chat Group does.

Hi Daniel, you are correct.

Tested. Key fob unable to open boot once car engine on. Also unable to lock/unlock door.

Once engine on, gear level must at N or P mode to open boot using press release button outside for current model.

My previous model only allow boot to open at P mode.

just curious, the key fob comes with the boot open button?

driving a mazda 6 wagon 2017 facelift model and the key fob didn't come with boot open button.... or is it only available for sedan version?

Do you mean the boot cannot be opened by pressing the release button on the boot lid in drive mode when the engine is running but the car is stationary? Mine can as long as the car is not locked.

Is it because wagon comes with the boot release lever inside the cabin?

I prefer the new camry interior actually. Maybe i am more ah pek liao...

But mazda 6 looks great too with white interior.

The dashboard is nice. Conti feel. Solid too. Actuqlly not fair for me to comment as i only molest mazda 6 once. Hehe.

But honestly the price factor..and the renowned drivability of mazda cars makes this the best option among the mid sized sedans.

Sadly my company's current mazda 3 not much resale. Trade in value. Perhaps i wait a few mths more b4 i can stomach the losses. Hehe.

I feel u bro, i was quoted 51k trade in for my feb 16 mz3 deluxe (bought at 100k) when i expressed interest to upgrade to cx5 during one of my regular servicing. Sad.

Yes, the hatch and wagon doesnt comes with remote boot release regardless of trim. Perhaps its a safety thingy again? As the tailgate swings it may hit someone or against wall or overhead pillars if the tailgate is remotely released accidentally. Just a guess haha

Hi Daniel,

Should not be the concern on tailgate unless one did see or misjudged wall or overhead pillars, you have to hold down remote tailgate open button for a few seconds to activate it ..like my forester.

Cheers.

Richard
