Stops on extreme right lane of PIE to confront driver ?

But that stomper is really doing what he does best: hiding in his car, and acting like a chicken. If got nothing to hide, then why dun dare to come out to clarify?

other drivers speeding up to block another driver from filtering into the lane is quite common...if PP is aware that the other driver sped up then PP should not have filtered into the lane and instead wait for next opportunity...

 

stopping in expressway is a big NO NO...PP could have gestured the other driver to go to road shoulder to sort it out...

 

luckily, there was no accident caused by his dangerous act...

 

i seriously hope it does not lead into more copy-cat acts by other drivers...

I would have stopped in that lane if I think my car has been hit unless I don't mind footing the bill for the repair and face possible claim from the other driver.

 

We have seen and heard enough of cases of car been hit but lost their case cause they move their cars to the shoulders, wanting to avoid traffic jams.

No point jumping into conclusion without hearing the other side. 10m is more than 2 car lengths. The stomper could be a road hogger on the right lane and I do this to road hoggers too. He is lucky because I do it much lesser than 10m gap. If Pierre's car was much faster than his car, he won't even hit Pierre's car even if he had stepped on his gas let alone need to brake. Bloody drama king... Provoke people already but no guts to face confrontation. Coward!!!

Looks like Pierre Png stood up to a road hogger / tailgater who

 

drove so close to him, PP had to come out to check if his car was hit.

I have no interest to hear what went on before the stopping incident on PIE right hand.

 

No one can stop at the right lane or 2nd lane of expressway and alight just to confront or check anything. This is absolutely wrong! What if the cars behind cannot jam brake in time or motorcyclists behind cannot stop in time? We are talking about speeds of 100km/hour all the way to 0 km/hour on the expressway all of a sudden without any jams or warning..

 

PP should be arrested, charged in court for reckless driving and among other charges. His liscence should be chopped as he is not fit to drive on our road.

 

I have no interest to hear his story. He is absolutely wrong in this case. No matter how good his story is, he should stop at the road shoulder and nothing else.

 

He may just a 3rd class actor ( as if our first class are good anyway ) but he is just another motorist on our road. No way 700,000+ other vehicles gota stop behind u on PIE just to hear your story ya?

 

Pier Png, u so stupid and trying to cause fatal accidents on the road. I hope TP charge u in court and make u go to jail. You are a nusiance to other motorists.

Like you, I am not interested in who's right or wrong to their quarrel. My contention is regarding the danger exposed to other road users - more so on an expressway. It is simply an irresponsible behavior.

PP should have simply signalled to the stomper to pull over to a safe place to settle their differences. If stomper chose to cowardly drive off which is likely too, then it may reinforce PP's image as a decent and responsible driver. However, he was too impulsive to react in the manner which is dangerous and at the same time damaging to his image as a prominent person.

Hence, both drivers should be penalised for creating a danger to other road users.

Interesting, but that was a 1 sided story.

If 10m apart, it can allow others to cut in, we get that everyday on the road, what matters was if the overtaking car speed up or slow down after the over take.

 

The drive also kuku, must have high beam or horn non stop or tail gate and even make hand sign. wahahahaha

 

As a road user, we horn patrol car and take picture of law enforcement car that break the law, we are all road user, who care what status are or who the person was? hahaha

But its not safe to stop on the expressway but its an effective way to confront the driver. So.. both also must SUMMON for creating a dangerous act on the road.
