i got it check by the mech prior to the inspection.

got it adjusted for height etc. as it was projector, the cutoff lines were clear.

i think this is the reason why so many darn taxi using the one eye combo to irritate other road users.

and the authorities ain't seem to be actively doing something about it.

it should be illegal for them to have them misaligned so badly.

but who's enforcing while the cars on the road? who ever got pulled over for misaligned lights?

Looks like headlight alignment is not a major fault therefore failing the test will not have any effect on the overall inspection result.

Currently there is no maker producing portable headlight testers , so law enforcement officers are still unable to do roadside random check.

If you have the resources make a check on how Jap conduct their vehicle inspection and why everyone, if money permits, will scrap their vehicle after the third year.

jap encourages white headlights. espically on roads with no streetlamps.

If the exhaust shop is run professionally, they should be able to adv you whether the set up will meet the car inspection guide line.If they are not able, then my conclusion is the shop is only doing welding and selling exhaust pipes.
