I dunno what car u driving but going by ur avatar...ur car got supercharger right? still affected by hot weather?

some drivers may not be sensitive to their car performance in different Singapore weather.

But to those who can really feel it...must have irked you quite a bit right?

I usually drive slower during hotter days cos I knew I am just going to waste more petrol if I juah yew.

yupp still quite affected... i think it is more so for TC/SC vehicles rather than NA because the intercooler can only cool the incoming air to a limited degree [laugh]

Twincharged

Can't feel any difference whether in cold or hot weather. Even when driving relaxingly I change at 3500rpm and I don't notice a difference. My FC still remains the same.

what's heat soak?

what's pinging?

cool weather step little bit go in every gear, hot weather must step more for same acceleration. step more means throttle open wider means more fuel for same performance....fc drops...

the heat got soaked up in the bonnet and can't get out fast enough.. ping is some sort of a knocking sound in the engine.

i thot all cars will feel sluggish during hot weather and better drive during cold weather?

that's why some installed CAIs.

I got CAI but still affected, cos everywhere tarmac level to car roof level is hot hot hot...
