i) Pay off housing loan

ii) Buy one more property to collect rental and for retirement

 

But nowadays, 1.2million is not really that much, cannot buy a decent size condo in a prime area, not enough even to buy a top end sports car.

 

Put in the bank also jialat, cos interest less than 1%pa ... 1 million only get 10k. Still have to work..
