What is the reason you buy ipad? gifts or face? I found only email is related to my job, but exchanging file so complicated with iTuner.

Basically its face.

Because the IPAD does not support adobe and java, makes it painful to browse most internet sites that usually has some of the other.

 

I feel that the android pads are more functional.

can control ur pc if u not at home,can watch movies,can listen music,surf net, play games,alot useful apps,etc etc

I use my iPad to watch HD movies and HD porn. Very nice!

Basic function of the iPad is more or less like an iPod touch, but with bigger screen.

However, the bigger screen actually allows you to do so much more than an iPod touch.

So, the iPad is useful for,

1. Web browsing

2. Emailing

3. Chatting on line

4. FaceTime or msn vid conference

5. Facebook social networking

6. Reading (magazines, books, newspapers)

7. Sketching (drawing)

8. Photo editing

9. Video editing

10. Playing games ( yes certain games is nicer with the iPad)

11. Watching movies, videos.... Yeah the size is perfect for watching movies

12. Mobile banking (with specific banking apps)

13. Making music

14. Education

 

The possibilities is endless. I have stopped using my laptop at home ever since I have the iPad. I have since cancelled StarHub tv too since I use iPad more and more and have not switched on the tv sometimes for days or weeks.

Use as part of your accessories setup together with your Rolex and Montblanc pen, would be better if a 3 series or A4 comes into the package.

 

If you are young, it makes you look established and if your are more matured it will take you back at least 10 years.

macbook air , base model at 11 inch is still more functional than ipad. of course u don't get the touch screen but if u do need to do work on the go, u may find ipad pretty hard to do so.

Its basically an expensive toy........ need to jailbreak to do some of the things that the Android tablets can easily do.... and still have bloody limitations in downloading files from internet, getting err-hmmm songs online, err-hmmm movies online, file transfer via bluetooth, etc.

 

Then after jailbreak, can do wifi hotspot (seems like only to idevices as my androids cannot get the signal), can load in errr-hmmm apps (But not songs or movies. These still need to use my android and save onto PC, then transfer either via itunes or ifile app). Then can also purchase the app Resupported4 to use non-Apple cable to mirro to TV.

but basically, it's pretty capable... u wan edit word document or excel or ppt, it can do. (have to buy app)

i have not JB my ipad but i can watch online movie, wifi hotspot ffrom iphone, screen movie to tv...
