Mazdaowner Moderator July 19, 2011 Share July 19, 2011 radx and mo last time when i was lurking in mcf and even after i joined, most of us talk about cars, helping each other out, etc etc only one joker at that time lah, that wolf although this secrets happen since the dawn of mankind like mo said, i think back then we have strong respect for each other even though our views may not be agreeable but i agree lately there are such a low value topic that i dont even bother to read most likely was start but forummers who use to be in sammyboy forum when at that time cannot even afford a ride be it a car or bike MCF was enjoyable till idiots started using it as their political sounding off ground, telling people who they should vote for, making snide remarks about ruling party, voicing their unhappiness about this and that, and when told to fark off and go somewhere else, (This IS after all a CAR forum) make stupid remarks, whining every now and then. I kind of cooled off on MCF, only come here to meet my friends, Radx, Jman, Bear, Rainbow, Genie, KXBC etc.. the forum is to help others, but it has turned out to be a place where people expect to be helped, without even bothering to return the gesture, and making it as if everyone else owes them a living. I have one forum running, which I will see closure very soon as well, all the work put into it, and all the others do are leech off it, when asked to help, say put up a little FAQ, all sorts of excuses come out, busy, cannot post etc.. well, I'm busy, yet I take and make the extra effort to post pictures, etc.. enuff said. anyway...to me, MCF is to know my friends are around, tcss, meet for coffee. All come forth to take what is really not free, the person puts in the effort to post articles, pictures, recipes, and all take without even bothering to GIVE to others. It has come to such a stage, that I don't even want to bother any further, cracking my mind to come up with something new. These people are so selfish, it has boiled down to "Me, and ME alone, that matters!" that is why, I still have my old team with me and a selected few, I can really call....FRIENDS, others are just Fiends to me.
