Singapore reserve funds till this day already used 27 times when only 1 was disclosed ????? How true was it???

 

 

 

Gotten relatives and friends working as civil servants gotten the shivers when Kena financial screening for bad debts not more than 3 months of gross ?????? Singapore isn't already going thru so many years of bad debts and financial embarrassed not to mentioned failing to declare to us somemore!!!! How much of it is true ???? Can anyone verify ????? Soooo disappointed .
