actually also depend on the speed of the accident which in turn depends on the brake power, tyre power and driver alertness

10kph, windscreen smash, roof chui, engine saved, people [sweatdrop]

30kph, cannot find windscreen, roof become convertible, intercooler and radiator gone case, people [nosebleed]

60kph, people [lipsrsealed]

120kph, immediate promotion to [angel]

I travel in KPE quite often. I dont understand why some people like to zip in zip out. how much time can you save from one end of the tunnel to the other when it's only 7 mins drive if you maintain within speed limit.

I'm quite 'scared' of jazz/fit drivers. Juz yest I saw this white jazz tailing a camry at wdls ave 12 ard 10pm. Knn left lane also wanna tail.

N two days ago, I myself kanna tail by this silver Fit bearing plate number SCU1999#. with bright HID lights some more. Crazy mofo wanna play on busy road. Thought he tailed me cos im too slow but when i change to lane 2, the idiot still wanna follow all the way till i exit wdls ave 3. Luckily nvr follow me hm. As I was too free, did drop a mail to LTA n hope that bugger get smtg.

Therefore I hope one of these two buggers r the ones that took a 'dump' on that dump truck. One a safer note, drive safely peeps. We dun get anything by racing a stranger on public roads.

Experienced yesterday with a Fit driver... zig-zagging all the way from Bartley road to Thomsom to Farrer Road. And it was 850 am in the morning and lots of cars had to brake when he just went into their way

The problem is back to road hogging. You will always see heavy vechicle traveling at lane 2 at <60km/h. Some others car driver also do that even at lane 1, which can be very frastructing to follow behind him when you see there is no car in front of him.

TGIF i'm taking a leisure ride to work today using KPE towards Marina Square, and i see a few ricer boys in their jazz or whatever (probably late for work due to partying last night) zipping through traffic in KPE.

I decided for once to not lane split and keep in lane so i can view the spectacular left-right movements of these ricer boys changing lanes in mildly heavy traffic.

And then we come to sims drive exit; and at 9.10am in the morning its always a backlog of vehicles exiting causing a small jam. I glance at my left side mirror and see this fella coming from behind me, switch to the extreme left lane (probably to overtake us slow pokes), he sees a dump truck along with a line of vehicles waiting exit into Sims drive - Screech, Screech some more, Bang right into the back of that dump truck!. Bits of metal and glass flow everywhere into the second lane.

I could see some of the motorcyclists in front of me turning their heads back for a sec to see what the hell happened.

Boy I farking laughed my head off. Hope he's ok though.

Did any of you guys see it? Happened around 9.10am. Or maybe you could see the aftermath. Stay safe guys.

thanks for sharing the news, we've all had our share of these nincompoops being a nuisance.

good riddance

Have also had the misfortune to experience these aggresive type of Fit/Jazz drivers. But I really don't think it's a generalisation of the make/model, but rather, of the driver demographic.

In any case, it's really irresponsible to drive lidat! Get yourself into trouble or injured nevermind. But don't cause others headache by damaging their vehicles, or worse, rob them of their very lives!

I second this. It can be frustrating when you're in a hurry, and see vehicles on lanes 1, 2 and 3 traveling at 60-70km/hr side by side, and open roads in front of them. KPE has the absolute highest incidences of road hogging imho.

a salon car crashing into the back of a dump truck got no chance [sweatdrop][sweatdrop] the strong part of the car (the chasis ladder) will not be able to absorb the impact because it will slide under the dump truck.

Meanwhile the softer windscreen and roof will bear the brunt of damage because this is the part that will contact with the dump truck's backside which is quite tall [dead]

Once driving up to Sepang saw a saloon car parked under a trailer - the trailer was juuuust high enough to clear bonnet, the cab of the car was gone back past the B pillar [:(] [:(]

I still can't confirm if it was a jazz involved. Let's wait for our resident stomper.

sorry, i am not against any jazz or fit driver here.. i misread TS post and headline..

he mentioned "bad place to open vtec" and "and i see a few ricer boys in their jazz or whatever"

my fault.. [:(] i jump to conclusion..
