When time come, empty out your cpf to below 50k,..... maybe put it in untraceable bitcoin for your kids😅. The hospital had to restrain my fil to the bed at one time only cos he was scolding and spitting at the nurses. In the home context, the maid may simply beat the crap out of him, or run away. Then even more shit for us.. and we haven't considered my also dementia mil into the equation yet.. No kids generation.. No idea how AIC will handle their situation. Likely have loads of money but untouchable. Maybe throw into some crappy temporary home while legal proceedings to unlock them. Good luck to them if that's the standard arrangement.
