Nevermind jaywalking or not, school zone speed limit is 40km/h but how many people drive below 40 ah? I say better put speed camera near schools than on highways.

In China, all traffic accident has to call police. 

 

In China, if a herd of ppl cross road w/o looking, 1 can follow & nothing will happens.
