no lah.... china ship building industry is quite establish liao

 

The quality of the ships they built, still a far cries from their competitors. The materials they use are of lower grade. The appliances they installed onboard are of domestic use only.

 

Comparing to Korea, Japan, Batam, Malaysia, Singapore and Norway. Norway and Japan tops my list followed by SG and Korea. Then Batam, next would be China n Malaysia.

Still can't beat "Harmony of The Sea"  226,963 tonnes and 16 decks which just handed over to the owner last month.

ex-coy built 2 vessels (one pipelay and one drill rig) in china. due to delays and other unspecified problems, both had to be towed to be completed in keppel.

Went on Royal Carribean Mariner of the Seas in March,  there r many old people.. Esp those retired ones, n maybe got senior citizen promo. LOL
