I also thought there is an XL for the non-chrono, then they showed me the catalogue.... I find the chrono is a little too messy though

is it? I tot there's XL or the non chrono too..

agree, chrono is too messy. I was never a fan of chrono and I'd never use the chrono function anyway, so its no point for me to pay extra for this complication.

One more Pam! A close call between 312 and this... but 312 is a tad too common.. Like my buckle..

Not a pro in shooting.. as you can see.. :)

nice strap from kain. I have the same buckle, but I find it too big.

looks nice in pix but not comfy for daily wear.

nice 321, looks better than 90.

Cheers.. Wasn't from Kain :)

Agreed. The big buckle needs to get used to. I still like the stock alligator strap that came with it. May be looking for hornback or ostrich strap soon. :)

sent my aqua terra chrono to swatch for servicing because:

1. dot on dial

2. power reserve koyak

3. running slightly fast.

watch is under warrenty, n the farkers called me tell me, dial need to pay becos warrenty dun cover cosmetic! i fark the guy who called:

cosmestic means outside, mean scratches on the case. Dial is enclosed in the watch! customer have no access to it.. so why is not covered under warrenty?

i tried going any omega boutique and AD, ask about their intl warrenty, all make the same claim, warrenty applies everywhere.. no worries on your watch!

who have the swatch / omega Swiss contact for customer service? let me know pls, i am not going to take the farking Spore swatch pricks push me around..

Thank you! Have to swap for my thinner strap when putting on office wear though...

Very tempted to go for pam 441, but wifey is complaining... well, she is more of a rolex girl...

Anyway, below is one of my daily beaters.. bought it when it first came out... can't even remember when was the year... but was long long ago... many scratches but built to last! Not as pricey as my pams but has been a long-time and loyal companion. :)

Hi Yattokame,

Are you using any particular watch winder and any recommendation? I recognize there are different types, and perhaps any recommendations based on your watch collection ? Looking at a new and bigger one..

Cheers.

Hi there

Well not really. I got this for a bargain - no brand.

The oldest watch i have kept in it is about 8yrs old and with regular servicing. I think the servicing is more impt than the brand of winder used.

I do use those with suede cushions than those synthetic leather like as the latter always disintegrates. The other thing is the clearance height and width for bigger watches - my corum bubble watch need it.
