Yes u must answer for it in any enquiry. Damages? Depends cos vicarious liability means company pays damages. The company can sue u though to get back the money. Jail? Take MBT for example, ppl now damn tulan housing prices/COE are so high, in future they will remind their children or even grandchildren that this the mother's son who started it all. Should be in the news in the next few days. i not so powderful. I'm just considering the difference between professions. For example, an engineer and accountant. Yes, every job have risks. But surely the consequences of an error by an engineer is higher than an accountant? You may seek official advise with Japaness Embassy at Nasim Hill Joke aside, I don't think you need to worry about it.. if you are not the Structure PE that had endorsed the safety approval.
