When the customer service personnel called to say the LED TV delivery is delayed, I asked if the washing machine will be delivered according to the earlier committed schedule. The answer is yes. So come today, the delivery date for my washing machine, we called Audio House if they are coming. They affirmed delivery will take place before 4pm. Waited past 4pm, we called again. This time, the answer came back - "we'll deliver the washing machine together with the LED TV". Huh? No notification after changing the plan? No apology for changing the plan? The least they could do is to ensure that the washing machine is delivered since I'm already cheesed that the TV is delayed. No more Audio House for me. I dun call them AH. I call them Pattern House. U see they display all those DISPLAY SETS. Priced cheap cheap but all of them have no model nos. When you ask the sale staffs what is the model? He will be very unwilling to tell u more. Why, any solutions from the SIFUs is the WiFi icon present in the task bar? grey or blue? if blue, can you see an arrow head ensconced within the WiFi inverted triangle icon? is it a double headed arrow or just an unidirectional arrow pointing upwards? Unidirectional arrow pointing upwards means that the dongle is sending packets to the gateway/router but the latter is not acknowledging them e.g. dropped packets. Now it may not be useful to me.....aiyah..... What model did you get again. Frankly speaking, the Chinese android dongles do not have exemplary wifi range. Lala81 Hypersonic January 5, 2013 Share January 5, 2013 (edited) the dongle's wifi receiver range is terrible. Tried 1st on my living room tv since i bought it for my parents use. My handphones can have 2 bars of wifi, the dongle read as zero connection. Although on connecting to my wifi, the connection is 2 bars. But there is no internet connection. Switched to my room tv which is old model and has only 1 hdmi input and same room as my router. 4 bars reception lol. But other than that it works well. I would say that if anything less than 3 bars on your usual handphone signal where your tv is at, don't bother getting the dongle. Or you will need a speedplug. Changing your router channel settings doesn't help. Going to pass to my family member to use in their place. At least 90 bucks not wasted lol.
