Looks like there isn't auto hold, only electronic brake.

Some brands the practice is not to have buttons for owners to activate/deactivate the function, like newer Mercedes. Just press the brake fully for longer time will engage the function.

But I really scared of so many features in a car as chances of failure is much higher. Even just opening the door will cause parking brake to be engaged as the car assumed that you are leaving the car when what you want to do is just to check if there is enough gap to the kerb. No choice haha.

I do agree with u that more electronics mean more chances of failure but I guess we all have to accept that modern day cars all have more electronics unlike old days. Even the Japs like Honda with their Honda Sensing has gone down this route, so no escaping I’m afraid.

Hopefully replacing ECU/CPU on cars would not be as common as changing brake pads in near future haha.

CX9 is very impressive. But when will the 2.5 turbo engine make it into a compact sedan? Mazda seems to have left behind their "racing" history with the RX8.

Mazda 3 sport trim

Mazda 6 all trim

CX 5 all trim

no 2.5T no talk!!!

Android Auto not available in Malaysia, although very recently unlocked for SG and TW. That one is Google decision, nothing to do with Mazda. Please first understand the basics before making big complains to innocent parties.

If you didn't ask, it is quite understanable during sales stage they did not tell you. Which salesman out there is volunteering info about what missing features their product has?

And generally people buy cars not for Andriod Auto or CarPlay but because they want a good set of 4 wheels to deliver them to places.
