Yesterday entered oyster station to refuel my car, turn off car already and saw the price increase to $2.32/l, start car, drove off to the petrol station beside for $2.29/l only  [smash]

Cheap thrills, full tank cost me $2 lesser.

Your car has a big tank of at least 100litre.

100x0.02 delta= 2 dollars.

My apology, I see salah.

Is 0.03 delta.

So the tank is still big at 66 liters.

66 x 0.03 = 2 dollars.

I tried the various top grades of petrol when I went JB and found that Petronas 97 gives me the best mileage and smoothness. Surprised with the difference.

V Power all this also no use. Guess its all different for different cars.

I sort of yearn to go JB just to pump Petronas.

Mind sharing what car is your car? Mine ECU retune with Petronas petrol and tuner says to pump mainly Petronas for Malaysia petrol but I itchy backside always pump Caltex 97 as I prefer Techron cleaning.

In Singapore can not afford Caltex 98 so pump SPC98 as always thinking the price difference per pump of 50Litres price difference is $8.30 after discount so I rather let car drink cheaper fuel and go for Chicken Drumstick rice with extra char siew and drinks instead

Yes my tank is 65 L.

I usually drive about 50 more km after fuel light is on before I head to petrol station. Then I'll give it one time good one of refill.

Allo mine is bread and butter car ek3 but manual so maybe that's why I can feel the difference. At certain gear certain rpm can feel the diff.

Petronas also got cleaning additives added ah. I pump Caltex in Sg because I use HSBC for discount.
