Dude, (as i am wearing one right this moment) i can tell you the exp2 is the most value for money Rolex sports to get. It is handsome, unique looking and provides GMt function. A really solid thrash around daily beater

Get the Exp2 first, then see if you would still want the 5513.

The 5513 is purely for nostalgia and the old school charm.

Best to Wear that with a a nato

Yah i just realised the GMT and date function actually quite useful...

I can actually just read off the time, esp when tracking when London opens.

Daytona is nice, but i cant even tell the date!

I think this will most likely replace the daytona as the daily beater..

Liking it much.

Then maybe i can trade in the SS daytona for the rose gold one, when i clear my targets..hmm..

Guys just wanted to tap the wealth of knowledge here.

Just bought a new GMT ii to alternate with my daytona.

Showing off my new toy to a friend, when he asked

"eh, is this the 42mm or 40mm version?"

Argued with him about whether there was a new 42mm version for the GMT-ii or the Submariner.

He insisted mine was not the latest version despite it being alphanumeric series, and that the latest version was 42mm.

The explorer yes, but GMT ii? He later back-pedalled and said it could have been the Sub. Huh?

Never hear of it lei?

But he was so convinced and said someone showed it to him and he even wore it.

Can anyone shed light on it?

Maybe he referring to the dssd?

That would really depend on your personal taste.

But my personal choice was white becos it's more unique looking and the white dial really blends well with the steel bezel.

Whatever he was referring to, he doesn't even know.

I hate it when noobs try to act like they know it.

Don't know just keep quiet and learn, don't act.

Secondly, don't be jealous and recommend others to buy something else unless you have the personal experience and not simply hearsay.

That's one of the biggest problems with Singaporeans especially men, really.

Key kiang! [laugh]

You like the new gmt??? The Blue and Black version? ?

No. The full gold black face black bezel.

Too many colours make it look like a toy. IMHO

I only have the classics in my eyes. So it will always be the 40mm for sports and 36mm for elegance.

This is not to say that new ones may not be nice.
