Are you trying to "scare/warn" the uncle by driving past him closely??

I admit I do the same too. Especially those who jaywalk and walk so slowly, expecting you to slow down or even stop for them. Not to mention those whose eyes are glued to their phones or those listening to music and don't even check when crossing the road.

Yes, I am 1x guailan pussycat. [laugh]

Like this one! In future, i stop, give him my 'services' card <_< <_<

Ever met the same situation.

Old fella jay walk on very busy Street, kenna horn he just stop and stare like want to challenge to a fight.

Motor bike nearly lost control avoiding him.

You will end up on the losing end whatever happens. even with in car cam.

not just busy street. i encounter these type of people at entrance to MSCP all the time.

take their own sweet time to cross and don't even make eye contact or wave to say thanks.

but then I told myself, shouldn;t blame them, somewhere along their growing up years, someone failed to teach them proper. [shakehead]

regardless old person or young person ... unless the person you knock into is superman, then the driver will always be at fault.

just like bike and car ... usually also car "fault", coz the injured party is always the biker.

law here is 99.999% in favor of the injured party.

The laws are not in question but the application of these laws is not all-encompassing.

The authorities should not just look out for and penalise errant drivers but other road users as well e.g. jaywalkers or cyclists who fail to dismount while using crossings etc.

Yes, we drivers has a greater responsibility but I think present enforcement efforts to ensure safety on our roads is...lopsided.

Or have the body slammed against the wall with the bumper or brains splattered on the road. Tough love!
