FYI Updating of Woodlands Causeway Traffics Conditions, today arrived JB ICP at 1:00pm.

Drove over Woodlands Causeway in 1 hour stallbery Jam , 2:00pm arriving Singapore Primary Clearance and caught in slow moving traffic took another 1 hour from PC Immigration booth to Secondary Clearance Custom Examination Point :angry: , my 4 car tyres rolling on BKE at 3:00pm.

But, the opposite direction from Singapore to JB was surprising smooth

The jam coming back starts to build up at 1130am, went in 1130, saw jam slight further than x-ray gantry...go pump,com back the jam start from Msia side down slope after immigation

 

 

I went JB ysterday abt 11am after so long.

 

Going in OK but coming back abt 9pm plus was jammed at SG side as usual. Took abt 30mins to clear.

 

Wow so long I never go in n had a good time ysterday eating, massage n shopping. Yippieeee.

I was like to see so many trucks queue stop along 1st.lane, usually on every friday noon, I need just 30~40 minute from JB ICP to BKE.

Evening returning was only 40 minutes, 5:30pm from Woodland Center to JB arriving my favorite restaurant Pelangi 三 楼 海 鲜 at 6:10pm。

I don't think its "so bad" in recent weeks.

 

i've been stucked in jam for more than 2 hours, and that was during the time when we r still using the old checkpoint after city square.

 

it has been bad all along. Maybe it's worse in recent weeks. We can always use Tuas, pay more and avoid the jam.

 

Everyone go JB for various reasons. There's a reason why JB attracts so much Singaporeans everyday, day in day out.

 

And most of the time I go in, usually it's 80% Singaporean cars.

Bro, the 干 煎 米 粉 is so so taste with wife and me, but the 七 星 红 石 班 cook in Teochew Steam is worth to eat at RM60/700~800gm/per piece

We must call them to reserve the fish before going on every friday night, because this place is a stone throw away from JB ICP.

The restaurant named after the first shop set up at a row of 3 storey shophouse in Taman Pelangi, it was demolished long time ago and the owner converted his own two house, intermediate and corner terrace house into this present restaurant.

Remember to try those below 1 kg in around 700~800gm. The fish meat is soft tender and real tasty, comparing price with sg in similar fish would cost around S$80.00.
