'Burnig' must ask for radx permission ya...past 1 month he very bz checking 'passport' of those who returning!

As ducky asked....many things are up to question. These boxes have a strict movement policy....all must be accounted for and to have a 1 or 2 lying somewhere is as serious as it gets!

I am not sure there are 2 types of cardboard boxes....but i know there are 2 types of boxes...one metal and another cardbox

. Those that i saw being incinerated are the cardbox type with the ballot papers inside. Of course we cant see the ballot papers as the boxes are sealed.

Could be there is only one type of cardboard ballot box. Many of these will be sent to the counting centre. After counting, the ballot papers maybe packed into these cardboard boxes. If packed properly, there will be many excess empty boxes. These are the ones left behind?

So, simple solution is every damn ballot box will be taken away for 6 mths storage and burnt together.
