Stock? Base on my experience, it's good to have curly mat on top of your existing mat. On my previous ride, I kana Kopi-O that seeped thru. It was undesirable. Eventually I had to live with it throughout till my new ride. Markets got many curly mat which not necessary to get 3M. However, 3M curly mat is much more thinner compare to other brand I seem

If its carrying total of up to 5 passengers, the FC of Mz5 should be similar to that of Mz6 2.0?

Β

quite a few post by Mz6 2.0 owners claim 12-13km/L.

Β

While both cars have similar kerb-weight, could the diff in FC be due to Mz6's even higher compression which I understand is now at 14:1.

Β

Mz5 & other Mazda 2.0L MPVs I believe are at 12:1, presumably for better low to lower-mid rpm response.

Sorry bro. I m poor with mathematics. Is my FC normal if it had now became 9L/ 100km? Fourth refill liao. Apparently no improvement even trying to adjust my right foot.

I'm using 3A curly mat on top of the original mat given. If I remembered correctly, I got the whole set (exclude the boot area) for $100-$120.

Β

I'm finding something weird on my M5: the aircond setting, the temperature, the fan speed or even the mode (body/body-leg/windscreen) changed once in awhile (no fixed interval) from my original settings. For example, my temperature may go to 25.5 while i only use it at 26; the fan speed will go to 1 or 3 while i always use 2. I'm driving the car 99% of the time. I have no amp installed. Only the 1-ch in car camera powered by the cigarette lighter, and i always turn off the aircond & blower right after i'd parked my car. Wondering any other owners having similar situation or it's just my car?

Maybe you had pressed auto on the right AC dial. Is there a "auto" on your center console display? If yes, switch it off and monitor again

Hi, that's the best fc I can get too. I'm on Esso 5000 and doing 60% hwy and 40% city...

My mileage is at about 25000 km.

How do you find the curly mat? Is it easy to maintain?

Β

Thank you

Thats 11km per litre. Looks OK to me. Are u pumping the min of ron95? Have u tried ron98? Its afterall a high compression engine.

Heard that at Mz6 thread, bros on spc98 are getting better FC as compared to when they pump 95.

U can try Google 3A or 3M car mat. The one I did is at kaki Bukit. They have wide range for your selection. They also have embroidery services on your curly mat also. Edited by Antant77

$2k difference.

Β

If it's airbags, I think it would be fitted in Japan, and count towards OMV/ARF/GST and what not. S$2,000 will mean S$880 difference in OMV, which is around 67,000 yen.

You can check against Mazda JPY website whether 67,000 yen would get you additional airbags?

Or just check with the SE? :D

Β

Β

Β

i see that it has a deluxe variant now... more airbags?
