No wonder i have friend who not interested to buy vezel, not due to the car no good but due to car is from PI, no confidence in them and ended get another car model from agent.

Personally i would consider buying again from P.I simply because i don't think all P.I are bad; But those few horrible one are really too much.

Whilst your idea in theory is good, it can be questionable which PI should be on the Blacklist as we will likely hear only 1 side of the story and thus the list may be subject to unfair labeling so administratively it is difficult to update this Blacklist.

 

That said, if you follow the used car dealer threads closely, some PIs are consistently being commended so can have an idea already on the better ones.

Most of the PI, esp the smaller ones, don have any stock. They don even import the car. They get their car from a handful of wholesalers. Their business model is collect order, hold on to your downpayment and then wait for some wholesalers to import the cars.

i think "CASE" should do a better job providing the list. I read a lot people went to them to file for complaint and no hard action taken.

I totally agreed on your view, if I am to get something from somewhere which I had bad experiences, most likely I won't be getting them anymore again

Cars have become a very hot tropics after house. I believe the government regulate housing agents, they also have bodies to certify renovation contractors, educations, etc.

I have friends who bough same car from different P.I and got deliver on time. 

 

As much as im up-sad with the buying experience i can't say all P.I are bad. Plus for example when i consider getting Vezel over H-RV is because only P.I carries the DOHC and made in japan for this car. Where else AD honda H-RV is made in Thailand with SOHC; the spec are lower and more expensive. 

 

I guess the moral of story is really have to do more research and make sure they really recommend from friends who had a good buying experience before going for any random P.I which claims had long history. 

Or maybe i would even consider ready stock with only pay minor more and make sure they have document proven for the ready stock. 

 

Well im still a happy Vezel driver now. The car is kick ass.!!
